Making changes to your mouse pointer and mouse click operations.
In order to do any of the following tasks you need to have access to the Control Panel of the computer you are working with. Having administrator rights will enable you to do the following. Slow down the pointer

Pupils with poor co-ordination for whatever reason, can benefit form having the pointer move slowly across the screen in relation to the physical displacement of the mouse. Click on My Computer > Control Panel > Mouse > Motion > Pointer Speed and move the slider to slow. Now click on Apply and then OK.

Pupils (as well as teachers) can benefit from a larger screen pointer or a different coloured one. To enlarge the usual white Windows pointer (provided the option is installed, otherwise install them through the control panel): Click on My Computer > Control Panel > Mouse> Pointers> Scheme > Windows Standard
